This policy explains how deposits, sessions, and digital deliverables are handled when plans change. It complements individual proposals and invoices, which may include project-specific clauses that add detail but cannot remove mandatory consumer protections.
Vorlixenppchapin provides consulting, spatial alignment planning, rhythm design, and related documentation. Deliverables may include PDFs, drawings, written recommendations, or workshop facilitation notes. Physical product resale is not our core business; if we procure items on your behalf, separate purchase receipts govern those goods.
Where EU consumer regulations grant a withdrawal period for distance contracts, we honor the statutory window and communicate any exceptions clearly before you pay—such as when you explicitly request immediate work that cannot be undone. Custom digital files delivered within the withdrawal period may affect refund calculations as permitted by law.
If you cancel more than seven calendar days before a confirmed session, any deposit converts to studio credit or is refunded minus payment processing fees our bank actually charges us. Cancellations inside the seven-day window forfeit the deposit unless we agree in writing to a single courtesy reschedule at comparable scope.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead us to require full prepayment for future bookings so the calendar remains fair to other clients.
If we cancel due to illness, force majeure, or internal capacity limits, you receive a full refund of amounts paid specifically for the affected session or we offer an alternative date that you approve in writing. We do not charge administrative fees for studio-side cancellations.
Once files are transmitted to your inbox or shared drive, they cannot be “returned” in a physical sense. If a deliverable contains a factual error introduced by our team—such as a wrong dimension transcribed from your brief—we correct it without additional fees if you notify us within fourteen days of delivery.
Subjective disagreements about taste are addressed through an included revision round only when explicitly listed in your proposal. Additional rounds incur the hourly rate stated in writing before work resumes.
Travel expenses invoiced in advance are non-refundable once tickets are purchased, but we will credit unused portions if we cancel. On-site visits postponed by severe weather or building access issues move to the next mutually available slot without penalty.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rails require longer, in which case we inform you proactively. Currency fluctuations between euros and foreign cards follow your card issuer’s policies.
Chargebacks should be a last resort. Contact us first so we can resolve billing questions cooperatively and preserve a professional relationship.
If a milestone misses the documented brief, email us within ten business days with specific references to the agreed scope. We schedule a video or phone conversation before discussing partial refunds. Good-faith dialogue resolves most issues without escalation.
Paid sessions may be transferred to another decision-maker within your organization if you notify us before the kickoff call. We reserve the right to confirm the new participant’s identity to protect confidential materials shared during the engagement.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction. Business clients may have distinct remedies governed by their signed statements of work.
